Margreet de Boer was born on the 21st of November 1964 in Wymbritseradeel, the Netherlands. She is a member of the Dutch Senate.
Political Career[edit]
Before her political career, she worked for a number of different institutes, where she held various positions. She was also a lawyer and she had her own consultancy company. She has been a member of the Amsterdam-West district council since 2006. She is a member of the Dutch Senate on behalf of the Green Party (GroenLinks).
Education[edit]
De Boer studied Dutch law and Criminology at the Free University of Amsterdam from 1982 till 1988.
