Antonio Gentile (born in Cosenza on April 8th 1950) is an Italian politician. He is a member of the New Centre-Right political party.
Political Career
He was appointed as Senator four times (in 2001, 2006, 2008 and 2013). From May 2011 until November 2001 he was State Undersecretary of the Ministry for Economics and Finance. He has been Secretary to the Presidency of Senate since March 2013. As a Senator, he is currently a member of the 6th Permanent Commission on Finance and Treasury and a member of the Parliamentary Commission on Childhood.
Education
He holds a degree in Geology.
