Richard Graham (born 4 April 1958) is a British Conservative Party politician, who joined the House of Commons in 2010 as the Conservative MP (Member of Parliament) for Gloucester.

Political career

He was Founding Chairman of the British Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai and Vice Chairman of the Board of Airline Representatives in the Philippines.

Graham joined the Foreign and Commonwealth Office in 1986. He was posted to Kenya (as Second, and later First, Secretary) in the British High Commission.
