Mohammed Mohandis was born on the 28th of June 1985 in Gouda. He is a politician in the Dutch House of Representatives for the Labour Party (PvdA).
Political career[edit]
Mohandis was co-founder and chairman of the Young Socialists in Gouda. After that, he became a board member of the Young Socialists on a national level. Between 2006 and 2012, he was a council member of the PvdA in the municipality of Gouda. Between 2008 and 2010 he was a communication advisor, staff member and a trainee researcher for the 'Partnership Moroccan Dutch People'. Between 2009 and 2010 he was the national chairman of the Young Socialists. Subsequently, he was a staff member at the ´Kennisinstituut FORUM' in the field of religion, law and society.
Education[edit]
Mohandis studied Marketing and Communication at a vocational level. Subsequently, he studied Communication management.
