Carlos Manuel dos Santos Batista da Silva was born on October 7th, 1964.
Political Career
This is Carlos Santos Silva’s first mandate as a deputy at the National Parliament for the PSD political force, since he started his activity on the 12th legislature (2011-06-20). He takes actually part of several parliamentary committees (Budget, Finance and Public Administration; Environment, Regional Planning and Local Governance).
Education
Altino Bernardo has a Bachelor degree in Business Administration.
