Ahmed Laaouej (Beyne-Heusay, 8 december 1969) is a Belgian politician and member of the socialist Francophone party PS (parti socialiste)
Political career
Since January 2007 Laaouej lives in Koekelberg where he is a member of the city council. In 2010 he became a senator and Vice-President of the Commission of Finance and Economy of the Belgian Senate. In 2013 he became the Vice-President of the PS in Brussels.
Education
Laauouej studied Economy and Fiscal Law at the University of Liège.
