Elisa Simoni was born on July 26th 1973 in Figline Valdarno, near Florence, Toscana. She is an Italian politician of the Party Partito Democratico (PD).
Political career
She has been the secretary of the Italian Party Democratici di Sinistra of Valdarno Fiorentino, Florence and she has worked as councilor in Incisa in Val d'Arno, Florence with the Mayor Manuele Auzzi. From 2006 she has worked as provincial Councillor with Matteo Renzi and then with Andrea Barducci. In the general elections of 2013 she was elected in the italian Chambres of deputies for the Party Partito Democratico for the district of Toscana. Additionally, from May 2013 she is a member of the Job opportunities Commission and from July 2013 she is a member of the Regional issues Commission.
Education
Elisa Simoni got a Master degree in Political Sciences and she got a Phd in Human Resources.
