António Fernando Couto dos Santos was born on May 18th, 1949. He currently practices as an engineer.
Political Career
This is Couto dos Santos’ third mandate as a deputy at the National Parliament for the PSD political force, since he started his activity on the 6th legislature (1991-11-04), having after suspended his deputy activity until the 11th legislature . He takes actually part of the Healthcare parliamentary committee.
Education
Couto dos Santos holds a Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering.
