Christos Karagiannidis was born in Drama. He is a Greek politician and sound engineer. He became the first deputy that the left has elected in Drama since 1958.
Political Career
In his early youth joined the left and participated actively in social movements and battles on the defence of social and political rights and democracy. He participated in the European Social Forum, held in Athens May 2006. Socially active in Drama, he is a member of the Electoral Committee of Drama’s Labour Center, also a member of Drama’s “Eco” Movement, and a member of Synaspismos Prefecture Committee in Drama.
Education Career
After Graduating from highschool,he went to Athens to study Audio Engineering in Papantonopoulos Cinema School. He continued his studies in London’s Audio School of Engineering.He speaks English.
Notable Work
He frequently contributes with his articles Drama’s local press and newspaper of the left Avgi. He is a columnist in portal Rednotebook.
