Iñaki Goioaga Llano is a Spanish senator representing the Spanish region of the Basque Country in the 10th Congress of Deputies. Goioaga Llano is a member of Euskal Herria Bildu (EHB) within the Joint Parliamentary Group, Grupo Parlamentario Mixto (GPMX) in the Spanish Senate.
Political Career[edit]
In the Spanish Senate, he is the spokesman for the Commission of Justice. Iñaki Goioaga Llano has been the speaker in several legislative presentations. He was the speaker in the draft about the Exchange of Criminal History Information and Consideration of Criminal Judgments in the European Union, in the draft law complementing the law of mutual recognition of judicial decisions in the European Union, amending the Organic Law 6/1985 of July on the Judicial Power. Finally, he was the speaker of the bill on mutual recognition of judicial decisions in the European Union.
