“It is a matter of fact that Cultural Diplomacy is vitally important to promoting environmental responsibility, as far as Cultural Diplomacy will have the courage to suggest a different approach without being afraid of going against the spirit of the time. This has always been the role of culture, to go beyond the spirit of the time and to suggest solutions that normal people are not aware of”.
