Bambos Papageorgiou was born in Nicosia in 1963. He is a Greek/Cypriot politician and professor of Philosophy at the European University Cyprus.
Political Career
Bambos Papageorgiou is a representative of Kyrenia constituency under the banner of AKEL-Left-New Forces since May 2011. He is currently Deputy Chairman of the House Standing Committee on Refugees-Enclaved-Missing-Adversely Affected Persons.
Education
Bambos Papageorgiou graduated in Philosophy and Psychology (National and Kapodistrian University of Athens), he got a MA in Philosophy (King’s College London, University of London) and a PhD in Political Philosophy (University College London, University of London).He speaks English.
