Andrew Russell Bingham(born 23 June 1962)is a British Conservative Party politician. He has been Member of Parliament for High Peak in Derbyshire since winning the seat at the 2010 general election.
Political Career[edit]
Andrew Russell entered into politics when he was first elected to High Peak Borough Council in 1999. Russell became the Chairman of the Social Inclusion & Community Select Committee. He was also the Chairman of the Development Plan Select Committee. In May 2010 Andrew was elected as the Member of Parliament for High Peak .
