Juan Carlos Corcuera Plaza was born on September 8, 1969 in Sabadell (Barcelona, Catalonia).

Political Career

He was a member of the Young Socialists of Catalonia, has been in charge of the finance section of the PSC-PSOE Sabadell and legal advisor of information technology in administrative procedures of the Council of Sabadell. He was elected deputy for the province of Barcelona in the Spanish general elections of 2004 and 2008.

Education

He has a Law degree in Political Science in Arts and Contemporary History at the Autonomous University of Barcelona, a Diploma in Information Technology Law from ESADE and a diploma program for Leadership in Public Management at IESE.
