José Manuel de Albuquerque Portocarrero Canavarro was born on the 17th of April of 1965 and he is a University Professor, a Finance Consultant and a Director of the Magazine “Education and Employment”.
Political Career[edit]
He is new to Parliament as he was elected for the current legislature. He is a social Democratic Deputy in the Portuguese National Parliament and a member of the Commission for Education, Science and Culture as well as of the Social Security and Labor.
