Lídia Maria Bulcão Rosa da Silveira Dutra was born on April 19th, 1975. She currently practices as Journalist.
Political Career
She has been elected as a deputy to the National Parliament by the Social Democratic Party in Azores. She takes part in several Parliamentary Commissions like the Commission of European Affairs; Budget, Finance and Public Administration; Agriculture and Sea; and Ethichs, Citizenship and Communication.
Education
Lídia Bulcão is graduate in Communication´s Science and postgraduate in International Relations.
