Political Career
He worked as a technician of the Government of until his positions of political appointment, first as Deputy Director General of Ports and Highways Deputy Director General, and then as Director of Programming and Investment Department Health and Director of Buildings, Equipment and Educational Services of the Department of Education. In 1995 he left the Xunta de Galicia and moved to Madrid, where he held the position of manager of Arproma, the company planning the Community of Madrid.
