He obtained a university degree in Chemistry.
Political career
He was elected to the Italian Chamber of Deputies in 2013 for Partito Democratico. As a member of Parliament, he was assigned to Productive Activities, Trade and Tourism Commission. From March 2014, he has been a member of the Commission on Counterfeit and Piracy.
