Ingrid Antičević Marinović was born on 4 October 1957 in Zadar, Croatia. She is a member of the Social Democratic Party of Croatia (SDP; Croatian: Socijaldemokratska partija Hrvatske) and has been a member of the Croatian Parliament (Hrvatski sabor) since 2004. She served as a Croatian Minister of Justice, Public Administration and Local Self-Government (MJPALSG).
Political Career
After joining the centre-left Social Democratic Party of Croatia (SDP) in 1990 she obtained her first political post when she was appointed as a member of the Zadar City Council. Since 1996 she has been a member of the Main Committee of the Social Democratic Party (SDP). From 2001 to 2003 she was a Croatian Minister of Justice, Public Administration and Local Self-Government. From 2003 to 2006 she was a member of the SDP Presidency. She has been a member of the Croatian Parliament (Hrvatski sabor) since 2004. Her fourth and current mandate began on 22 December 2011.
