Education
He obtained a degree in Medicine and Surgery with a special focus in Obstetrics and Gynaecology Sciences.
Political career
He first entered the Italian Chamber of Deputies in 2008 with Popolo della Libertà, replacing the minister Mara Carfagna in the Social Affairs Commission. He also served as a member of the European Policy Commission.
In 2013 he was elected again with Popolo della Libertà, and then joined the Forza Italia parliamentary group. In this term of office he gained the secretary seat in the Social Affairs Commission.
