Adam Ioan was born on the 1st of December 1952 in Poiana Mărului county, Brașov.
Political career
Adam Loan started out in politics in 2000 when he became treasurer at Organizația Județeană PSD Brașov; he left this position when he came Vice President of Organizația Județeană PSD Brașov. From 2008 until 2012 he was Vice President of Comisia de etică a PSD. In 2009 he was a Member of Consiliului de Supraveghere - Fondul Proprietatea.
Education
Adam Loan graduated with a Law degree from Universitatea Babeș-Bolyai, Cluj-Napoca; in 1982. Following this he completed a PhD in Law at Universitatea București. In 1998 he was Associate Prof. Dr.conferențiar of Universitatea Transilvania - Brașov and became a Professor of Law at Universitatea Transilvania.
