Karine Lalieux was born on May 4th, 1964 in Anderlecht (Belgium). She is a member of the Belgian Chamber of Representatives as a member of the French-speaking Socialist Party (PS) in Brussels.
Political Career[edit]
Karine Lalieux has been in parliament since May 25th, the most recent national elections in Belgium. However, she has already had a seat in the Belgian Chamber of Representatives since April 2000 as a member of the Socialist Party (PS). Karine Lalieux is also active on the local level as a councillor in Brussels.
Education[edit]
Karine Lalieux holds a Master’s degree in criminology from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB).
