Julio Villarrubia Mediavilla (born 21 May, 1957) is a Spanish Politician.
Political career[edit]
Julio Villarrubia Mediavilla has been an MP for the Spanish Socialist Working Party from Palencia, Castile and León, for five terms, since 1996. He was the Spokesman for Justice in the Spanish Parliament in the 8th and 9th terms. He was Secretary General of the Parliamentary Socialist Group in the 9th term. Villarrubia was Secretary General of the Spanish Workers Socialist Party of Palencia from 2008 until 2012. He is Secretary General of Castile and León from 2012.

Villarrubia Mediavilla has a BA in Law and is a lawyer. He is Secretary Comptroller of Local Council
