Dunja Špoljar was born on 31 August 1966 in Zagreb (Croatia). She is a member of the Croatian Parliament (Hrvatski Sabor) and also a member of the Social Democratic Party of Croatia (Socijaldemokratska partija Hrvatske).
Political Career[edit]
Špoljar became a member of the Croatian Parliament on 22 December 2011 as a substitute for Siniša Hajdaš Dončić. Currently she is a deputy chairperson of the Defence Committee and a member of the Education, Science and Culture Committee and the Gender Equality Committee in the Croatian Parliament.
Education[edit]
She graduated from the Teachers’ Training College in Čakovec, and obtained her degree of Master of Teaching and School Organisation from the Teacher Education Academy in Zagreb.
