The ICD Annual Conference on Cultural Diplomacy in the USA

Jennifer Cover Payne is the President of the Cultural Alliance of Greater Washington, which is a leader in supporting, developing and promoting the National Capital region as the arts and culture capital of our nation. The Cultural Alliance founded CultureCapital.com, a virtual arts marketplace which connects arts consumers to the DC metropolitan region’s thriving arts and culture community.
