Arif Havas Oegroseno is Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to Belgium, Head of Mission to the European Union and designated Ambassador to the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg since 2010. From 2008 until 2010 he was Director-General for Legal Affairs and International Treaties, preceded by the position of Director for International Treaties on Political, Security and Territorial Affairs from 2002 to 2008.
