Luís Filipe Montenegro Cardoso de Morais Esteves was born on February 16th, 1973. He currently practices as a Lawyer and as a Portuguese politician.
Political Career
He has been politican at the National Assembly since 2002 when he was elected for the circle of Aveiro through the Social Democratic Party. The list of commissions that he took part is extensive, being the Constitutional Revision and the Political System Revision the special ones. Besides deputy, he also presides Espinho´s National Assembly. Plus, he also is a Deputy at Porto´s Metropolitan Assembly.

Luís Montenegro is a law graduate.
