Caterina Bini
Caterina Bini was born on September 11th 1975 in Pistoia, Toscana where she sill lives. She is an Italian politician of the Partito Democratico (PD).
Political career
In 1995 she joined Partito Popolare. In 2002 she was elected town councilor of Pistoia with a large consesus. In 2003 she was elected President of the Party Margherita for the city of Pistoia and, in the same year, she was elected Provincial Coordinator for Margherita Party. In 2007 she was elected Regional Coordinator for Margherita Party. In 2008 she joined Partito Democratico and she became Regional Vice-secretary of Partito Democratico. In the regional elections of 2010 she was re-elected in the Regional Council and she became the President of the Economic Development Commission. In general elections of 2013 she was elected in the italian Chambres of deputies for the Partito Democtratico, for the district of Toscana. Additionally, from May 2013 she is member of Trade and Tourism Commission.
Education
Caterina Bini got a degree in Political Sciences with a specialization in Social Research. She got a Phd in Industrial Organization.
