He was born on July 14, 1958 in Valladolid, Spain.

Political Career

Current MP for Valladolid. Member of the parliamentary group in the new legislature. He was the most active Member of Congress. Member of the National Executive Committee of the People's Party. Member of the Board FAES. Secretary of State for Culture (1996-2000). Secretary of State for International Cooperation and Latin America (2000-2004).


Education

He graduated in Law from the University of Valladolid.
