Rafael Simancas Simancas
Rafael Simancas Simancas (born 1 July 1966) is a Spanish Politician.
Political career
Rafael Simancas has been a MP for the Spanish Socialist Workers' Party (PSOE) from Madrid, for two terms, since 2004. Furthermore, he is member of the Federal Committee of the PSOE and Deputy Director of Digital System.
Education
Rafael Simancas holds a BA in Political Science and Sociology. He is Associate Professor at the University Rey Juan Carlos.
