Astrid Oosenbrug was born on the 6th of July 1968 in Rotterdam. She is a member of the Dutch House of Representatives for the Labour Party (PvdA).
Political career
Before her political career, she worked for different internet and media companies. Between 2010 and 2012 she was a member of the municipal council of Lansingerland. Since 2011 she is a staff member of the Labour's Party 'Gay Emancipation Network' (Homo Emancipatie Netwerk) and Women in the Labour Party (Vrouwen in de Partij van de Arbeid).
Education
Oosenbrug did lower general secondary education, although she did not graduate.
