Carlos Alberto Gonçalves
Carlos Alberto Silva Gonçalves was born on October 20th 1961. He currently practices as a technician for social and cultural services.
Political Career
Besides being the president of the Political Committee of the PSD political force in Paris, Carlos Alberto Gonçalves is also the president of the Parliamentary Group for Portugal-France Friendship, the vice-president of the Parliamentary Group for Portugal-Luxembourg Friendship and a member of the Euro-Mediterranean Parliamentary Assembly. This is his fourth mandate as a deputy at the National Parliament for the PSD political force, since he started his activity on the 9th legislature (2002-04-05). He takes actually part of several parliamentary committees (Foreign Affairs and Portuguese Communities; National Defense; European Affairs).

Carlos Alberto Gonçalves holds a Bachelor degree in Geography.
