Beatriz Marta Escudero Berzal, born 17th March 1964 in Segovia, is a Spanish politician and has been a national deputy for the People's Party since 2011.

Political Career

Beatriz Marta Escudero Berzal started her political career as a councillor for the municipality of Segovia (Castile-León) in 1991. After that, she was appointed as a magistrate of the Court of Segovia. In 2003, Beatriz Marta Escudero Berzal became General Director of the public function of the Castile-Leon regional government. Between 2004-2008, she was Secretary of Communication for the People's Party of Segovia, her home town. She was elected as senator in 2008 and she became member of the National Board of the People's Party. Beatriz Marta Escudero Berzal is a current national deputy for the People's Party.

Education

Beatriz Marta Escudero holds a Law degree from the University College of Soto (Segovia). She was a Law professor of the University of Valladolid and of the National Distance University of Spain.
