José Santos Magalhães

José Manuel de Albuquerque Portocarrero Canavarro was born on the 17th of April of 1965 and he is University Professor, Finance Consultant, Director of the Magazine “Education and Employment”.

Political Career

His political career is recent, since he was only elected for the current legislature. He is a social Democratic Deputy in the Portuguese National Parliament. He is a member of the Commission for Education, Science and Culture as well as of the Social Security and Labor.

Education

He holds a PhD in Social Psychology and he published several works about Education and Science.
