Mark Harbers is a member of the Dutch House of Representatives for the People's Party for Freedom and Democracy (VVD) and Finance spokesperson. He was born on April 19th, 1969 in Ede.
Political Career
From April, 2007 until April, 2009 Mark Harbers was Councillor for Economy, Port and Environment in the Rotterdam Municipality. Before that he worked in the communicationworld and he was a political assistant of minister Gerrit Zalm of Finance. From December 1st, 2009 until now he is member of the Dutch House of Representatives.
Education
Mark Harbers studied Economics at the Erasmus University Rotterdam, but did not complete it.
