Born January 20, 1956 in Adrada (Ávila).

Political Career

He was Alderman of the City of Avila (1987-2004). Afterthat he was President of the Council of Ávila (1993-2004) and Solicitor in Castilla y León (1991-1995). In 2004- 2008 he was Executive Secretary of the Popular Party Organization and I have is Member of the National Executive Committee of the People's party in Castilla y León.

Education

He has a Bachelor of Law (Universidad Complutense de Madrid) and he is Doctor in Law (University of Burgos).
