She was born in (Muxika (Biscay), May 19, 1979)

Political Career

Onintza Enbeita belongs to the political sphere of the nationalist left. She was empowered EHAK in the Basque Parliament Elections 2005 and she was part of ANV candidates in the Provincial and Municipal Elections 2007. In this election she was elected municipal councilor in Muxika, occupying this position between 2007 and 2011. In 2009 she had participated as a candidate in another election annulled by listing their links to Batasuna, In 2011 she had been elected member of the Spanish parliament without AMAIUR party.

Education

She has a degree in Journalism with a degree in Cultural Transmission. She has worked as a journalist in various media of written communication in Basque like Egunkaria newspapers, Berria and Matraka supplement. He has also worked as a teacher of Basque in the Labayru Institute, a cultural foundation dedicated to promoting Basque culture.
