Anna Putnova
Doc. Dr. Anna Putnova, Ph.D., MBA, was born on July 24, 1960, in Brno. She is a Czech pedagogue, businesswoman and politician. Since 1993 she has held various positions entrepreneurial faculty BUT, from 1999 to 2002 as vice-dean. She was elected a Member of the Parliament of the Czech Republic in the first place for TOP 09 candidates list in the 2010 elections in the South Czech Region. She retained her mandate in the elections of 2013.
Education
She graduated from biology at the Jan Evangelista Purkyně University, she went to a study stay at the College of Agriculture and she reached also the MBA title at Nottingham Business School. Since 1993 she is the employee of Technical University in Brno.
Political career
Since 2008, she was a Dean of Technical University in Brno for four years. In 2010 she was elected a Member of Parliament of the Czech Republic, three years later retained her mandate.
Notable work
In 1995, she was one of the to founders of Association of Women Entrepreneurs in Brno. In the same year she became a member of the Committee of Association for Ethics in Economics. In 1996-1999 she was a member of the International Group against the racism called ARARE.
