Biography
Elisa Mariano was born on June 16th 1977 in San Pietro Vernotico, in the district of Brindisi, Puglia. She is an italian politician.
Education
She got a degree in Sociological Sciences at the University "La Sapienza", Rome. Moreover she got a Phd in Pubblic Policies in the same University. At the moment she works as researcher at Ires Cgil Puglia Center (Cgil Institute for Economic and Social Research).
Political career
In political elections of 2013 she was elected in the italian Chambres of deputies for the italian Party Partito Democratico (PD) for the district of Puglia. Additionally, from May 2013 she is member of the Tourism and Trade Commission and from August 2014 she is a member of the Social Commission.
