Elizabeth Jean Barker, Baroness Barker
Elizabeth Jean Barker, Baroness Barker was born on 31 January 1961. She is a Liberal Democrat member of the House of Lords.
Political career
She worked for Age Concern between 1983 and 2007. She was made a life peer as Baroness Barker, of Anagach in Highland in 1999. She is a Liberal Democrat spokesperson on health matters.
Education
She studied at Dalziel High School and then, at the University of Southampton.
