Andrzej Witold Halicki
Andrzej Witold Halicki was born on 26th November 1961 in Warsaw. He is an economist and since 2007, has been a member of the Polish Parliament.
Political career
Andrzje Halicki began as a member of the opposition. From 1990 to 1992 he was a spokesman in Jan Krzysztof Bielecki's government, and spokesman for his party Kongres Liberalno-Demokratyczny(Liberal Democratic Congress). Between 1992 and 2007, he had a number of different positions, for example, as a chief in the American Agency Burson-Marsteller, as a Head of Public Affairs, as well as setting up his own GGK Public Relations Agency. Since 2001, he has been a member of Platforma Obywatelska. On 10th January 2001 he become a deputy as a replacement for Jacek Wojciechowicz. In 2007, he was re-elected. On 24th June 2009 he become chairman in the Committee on Foreign Affairs.
On 22th September 2014 he become be Minister for Administration and Digitisation.
Education
He graduated from the SGPiS(Now SGH- Warsaw School of Economics), in the field of Economy in Air Transport.
