MaurÃcio Teixeira Marques
Maurício Teixeira Marques was born on December 28th, 1958. He is a businessman and a manager and currently he serves as a deputy at the Portuguese National Assembly.
Political Career
He was elected by the electoral circle of Coimbra through the Social Democratic Party to serve as a deputy on the XII Legislature (2011-2015). Presently, he takes part in various Parliamentary Commissions from which he is an effective member at the Commission for Environment, Spatial Planning and Local Power. In addition, from 1997 to 2009 he was Mayor of Penacova´s City Hall.
Education
Maurício Marques is a Mechanical Engineering graduate.
