Artur Gierada
Artur Gierada was born on 21st April 1979 in Kielce, Poland. He is a Polish politician, official of local government and a member of Parliament since 2007 (VI and VII cadency).
Political Career
From 2000 to 2001 he belonged to Stronnictwo Konserwatywno - Ludowe (the Conservative People's Party) and to Młodzi Konserwatyści (the Young Conservatives association). In 2001, founded the company dealing with insurance and financial. In the same year he joined Platforma Obywatelska (the Civic Platform). In 2002-2007 he served as a councilor of the City Council in Kielce, he was its Vice-President. In the parliamentary elections in 2007, he obtained a parliamentary seat. In 2007-2009 he was a member of the Bureau of the Parliamentary Group. In elections in 2011, successfully applied for re-election.
Education
In 2007, he finished his studies in political science at the Faculty of Management and Administration, University of Kielce, in 2010 postgraduate studies in strategic audit at the Faculty of Economics at the University of Warsaw. He was a member of the "Young Democrats" in Kielce until 2009.
