Santiago López Valdivielso was born in Valladolid (Spain) on the 7th of February, 1950. He is a Spanish politician from the People’s Party (PP).
Political Career[edit]
Mr. López Valdivielso has been a deputy at the Spanish Parliament for Valladolid and second Vice President of the Defense Committee (1986-1989). He was also the Defense Spokesman for the People’s Party (1989-1996). Moreover, he was spokesman of the PP in the Presidency Commission and the attorney in the Castile and Leon (1983-1986). Member of the Occidental European Unions’ parliamentary Assembly (1989-1996) and General Director of the Civil Guard from 1996-2004.
