Bettina Hagedorn, born December 26th in 1955 in Kiel, she is a native Bettina Siebmann, and a German politician (SPD).

Political Career

Since 1983 she has been a member of the SPD. In 2003 she was a member of the national board of the SPD in Schleswig - Holstein. Additionally in 2007 she became the deputy state chairman of the SPD Schleswig - Holstein. In September 2002 she was member of the German Bundestag and since January 2006 she has been a deputy Speaker of the Working Group local politics of the SPD parliamentary group .

Bettina Hagedorn was elected in 2002, 2005 and 2009 as member of the Bundestag.

Education

After graduating from high school in 1974 in Preetz, she studied Biology at the University of Hamburg.

Notable work

On the 13th of December 2013, she was elected to the board of the German Children's charity.
