Manel Plana i Farran
Plana i Farran, born 18 July 1972 in Aitona, Lleida, is a Spanish senator representing the Spanish province of Lleida in Cataluña in the 10th Congress of Deputies. Plana i Farran is a member of Convergència i Uniò (CiU).
Political Career[edit]
From 2007 until 2011 he was a councilor in the town of Aitona, and since 2011 he has been a councilor of Rosellò. Plana i Farran is a holder member of the Senate Permanent Delegation. Additionally, he is the spokesman for the Committee on Agriculture, Fisheries and Food.
Education[edit]
Plana i Farran is an associate professor at the University of Lleida in the AEGERN Department of the Faculty of Law and Economics. He has a degree in Law and Business Administration, aDEA (Diploma of Advanced Studies) in Business Organisation, a Masters in Business Organization and he is a Ph.D. candidate in O. and A. Business from the University of Lleida.
