José Ramón García Hernandez was born in Ávila in 1971. He is a member of the Spanish Congress within the People’s Party (PP).
Political Career
Hernandez is currently the Executive Secretary of the International Relations Committee and a member of the National Executive Committee of the People's Party.
Education
Hernandez graduated with an Economics (iCade) degree in Political Science and Sociology (UNED) and PhD in Political Philosophy. He is currently a professor and coordinator of the Master of International Relations and Security of the Pontifical University of Salamanca.
