Pedro Manuel Hernández López
Pedro Manuel Hernández López born in Valencia on the 2nd September 1948, is a Spanish senator for the Regional Assembly of Murcia ( Highest Govern Organ of the Autonomous Community of Murcia). He is a member of the People’s Party (PP).
Political Career
Pedro Manuel Hernández López was elected as senator for the first time in the 8th term, and re-elected for the 9th term and once again for the current term. During the current term, he is acting as first vice-president of the Special Commission for the development of the internationalisation and is also a member of some others commissions such as the External Affairs Commission or the International cooperation for development. Pedro Manuel Hernández López started his political career as a regional deputy for the Autonomous Community of Murcia (2003-2007) where he acted as secretary for Health and Social Affairs for the regional government of Murcia.
Education
Pedro Manuel Hernández López holds a degree in Medicine (University of Granada) and another in Journalism (University of Murcia). He is a specialist in general and communitarian medicine. He also holds a BA in Direction and Human Resources Management, a BA in Protection of consumer’s rights, a BA in Civil Protection and Emergencies Management, a BA in criminology and a BA in protocol and public relations for different Spanish universities.
