Christophe Bastin
Christophe Bastin was born on the 29th December 1968 in Dinant (Belgium). He holds a seat in the Belgian Senate as co-opted Senator for the Walloon Christian Democratic Party (CDH). He is also the mayor of Onhaye.
Political Career[edit]
Christophe Bastin started his political career as a councillor in Onhaye, where he was alderman from 1995 to 2006. He has been mayor since 2007. He is also a former member of the Belgian Chamber of Representatives for CDH (2010-2014). Since 2014, he has sat in the Belgian Senate as co-opted Senator for the Walloon Christian Democrats.
