Jim Daly - (born 20th December 1972) is an Irish Fine Gael politician. He was elected as a Teachta Dála for the Cork South–West constituency at the 2011 general election. He was a member of Cork County Council for the Skibbereen electoral area from 2004 to 2011.

Political Career[edit]

Jim was elected to the Dail for the Cork South-West Constituency at the 2011 General Election. He was first elected to Cork County Council in 2004 and was re-elected in 2009, topping the poll in the Skibbereen electoral area. He was also elected Mayor of County Cork in 2010.

Education[edit]

He studied at NUI Maynooth, and Mary Immaculate College, Limerick becoming a primary school teacher.
